It was the beginning of the nineties when Vivadolce, on initiative of Salvatore Michele Acquaviva, entered as protagonist in the Italian market of frozen desserts and snacks of quality. Starting from that time, many time has passed as well as many pages have been written. Now we are glad to tell an ancient tradition that marks its excellence in the Sfogliatella made still by hand.
