LOBSTER TAIL

Also known as Apollino, it is much larger than the neapolitan sfogliatella. It is characterized by an elongated shape, similar to the crustacean from which it takes its name. To be filled with custard or whipped cream, adding a black cherry on its back, to obtain a richer taste.

NEAPOLITAN FROLLA

As alternative to Neapolitan sfogliatella, characterized by a very crispy shell, the Neapolitan frolla presents a softer and simple composition. A round shell of shortcrust pastry – from which gets its name – with the same filling based on ricotta, flour, sugar, candied fruit and cinnamon that makes this pastry more pleasant to the palate, letting itself enjoyed slowly.
