We were born with the idea of handing down and enhancing typical local productions, niche products of excellence within the Italian food and wine culture. We grew up imagining, day after day, to share the excellence of taste contained in a sfogliatella, riccia or frolla, the versatility of a lobster tail, the fragrance of a pastiera, the fragrance of a capresina. We came of age embracing the dream of Mignon, the idea of welcoming travelers in a context of flavor, quality and courtesy, an expression among the noblest, and sweetest, of Neapolitan tradition.
The stores
We bring Neapolitan typicality on the track of excellence and lead it to unknown destinations.
Today we count a store in Milan, one in Turin, one in Rome and a new opening at Milan Malpensa airport. The recipes offered are faithful to tradition but, inside the laboratories, masters and technicians work daily to adapt them to contemporary taste and market trends.
