A state-of-the-art manufacturing site
Our factory is the operational heart of Viva Dolce, a spacious and modern space where every detail is designed to optimize the production process. Our company features an organizational structure of more than 50 people, including employees, collaborators, pastry chefs and highly skilled technicians who work with genuine enthusiasm.
Sustainability
We are aware of the importance of a sustainable approach in our industry. For this reason, our machinery is designed to minimize environmental impact by optimizing resource use and reducing waste. In addition, we are constantly working to improve our production processes so that every VivaDolce cake is not only good, but also environmentally friendly.
